MANUAL TRANSLATION VS MACHINE TRANSLATION

Translation, a common term given to a process of converting a recorded content in written or audio/visual format, of a source language to a target language. Hereafter, translation can be put into two sub-categories.

1. Automated or Machine Translation:

This process usually involves translating the content using a software or translation tool or for that matter even Google Translate. Since such tools or software follow a specific algorithm or pattern to translate the content, many a times it has been noticed that the result is not entirely satisfactory or accurate as a client is looking for. The process of understanding the context or situation of the content is not a possibility for a software or a tool. Though it might look like a cheaper and a more convenient option, having inaccurately and poorly translated content can result in you looking for the other option while you’re running out of time and are on a limited budget.

2. Manual Translation:

As the name suggests, our second option is manual translation or translation of content done by human translators. Though manual translation might come across as a time consuming and expensive procedure when compared to automated or machine translation, it has the potential of saving you a lot of time, money and embarrassment of having poor translation in your hands as the translated content would be grammatically more accurate and precise than machine translation. This would ensure you have your work delivered by your desired turnaround time.

At Enuncia Global Media Solutions, we have native translators for all known languages and rare languages across the globe collaborating with us, making manual language translation much more accessible and effortless for all our clients and business owners. Even the translation rates are not outrageously high which would make it difficult for you to approach us or so ridiculously low that it’s too good to be true.
